Amenities and comforts

The open spaces of the exterior were designed to integrate the terrace, the garden and pool with the living room and dining area. The garden has an old olive tree that give a traditional Spanish feel to the landscaping. There is also a garden table and barbecue to entertain friends and family.

At one side of the house there is a staircase that leads to a terrace. From here you have a privileged view of the golf course and panoramic views of ‘Castilla La Mancha’.

The villa is designed over a single storey and includes; kitchen, living-room, dinning room and three bedrooms. The kitchen is an Italian design with all of the modern appliances that you would expect and need for your stay. The living room is a unique space with white leather sofa and ‘Barcelona’ chair,  and incorporates the dining  area with fireplace and a flat screen TV.

The main bedroom has a private bathroom and terrace. The other two bedrooms have single convertible beds and one has a private bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes and air conditioning.
