Villa gardens

The villa opens onto a large garden designed on two levels.  The lower first level is landscaped with an assortment of native bushes and shrubs.  The larger second level, laid mostly to lawn, is where you’ll find the swimming pool (8x4) and second patio area with sun chairs.
At the very end of the garden you’ll find the fourth hole with a challenging par 5 of 491 mts.

Ground Floor: Designed over 130m2, the large entrance hall draws you into the property.   Passing the staircases and a guest bathroom, you’ll encounter your first views of the gardens, continuing to the contemporary glass walled dinning room which comfortably seats 8 people and leads on to the sitting room area with wood burner, 42’ Television, DVD and hi-fi system.

The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is a modern Italian design and is fitted with high quality appliances.

On the ground floor level you’ll also find the Master bedroom.  Discretely located, away from the main living area, it has a large private bathroom and opens onto a lovely terrace with teak colonial style furniture.

First floor: The first floor designed over 82m2 comprises the three additional bedrooms.  The second bedroom is a large suite with private bathroom and has superb views of the golf course, gardens and surrounding countryside.

The third and fourth bedrooms, both doubles, share a common bathroom and access to a large terrace with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.

 

 

Basement and games area

Designed over 120m2 it houses a home cinema with comfortable sofas, pool table, a cellar, a kitchenette and a small bathroom.
