About the villa

Amenities and comforts:

Exterior: Special attention has been given to the landscaping of the garden and swimming pool area which have spectacular views of the golf course.

Ground Floor: incorporates huge picture windows giving a sensation of space and continuity with the garden, swimming pool and golf course. There is a lovely living room with a fireplace, a 42inch Flat Screen TV, DVD and a dining  area with a table that seats eight.

Adjacent  to dining room is the kitchen. It is an Italian design incorporating all of the modern appliances that you would expect and need for your stay.  Adjacent to the kitchen is a small terrace that is perfect  for breakfast.

There is a spacious double bedroom downstairs with private bathroom – this bedroom can act as the main bedroom or guest bedroom. In addition there is a roofed porch.

The First floor: has three bedrooms. One of them is a double bedroom, the other one has two single beds, and  shared bathroom. The third acts as main bedroom that is a suite with private bathroom and a spacious terrace with panoramic  views of the golf course and Castilla La Mancha.

The basement : is laid out as an entertainment area. It has two comfortable sofas, a stove and a ping-pong  table. It also has a small kitchen, a shower room, a closet, a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the basement you can walk directly into to the garden.
