The spa circuit, organised by ‘Las Terrazas Rentals’,  last 90mins and includes use of the  hydrotherapy pool, contrast shower, sauna, Turkish bath, foot bath and a relaxation area.

The Hydrotherapy pool (35 degrees) is an effective form of natural therapy for pain relief which works by stimulating the endorphins which help to control pain and alleviate tension.  It also has a remarkable ability to improve circulation.
